Web Design & Development FAQ

We do not use any locked platform, and once a project is completed and paid for, the owner is able to move it around to any other provider if required. We do not charge release fees if this happens, but we may need to charge a fee if you need any work from our end to assist with the migration process.

Once a website project is completed and all the payments are cleared, the entire project's code and IP is yours. We do not retain any ownership or copyright of any work.

Think of the difference between buying a high-end suit off the rack (Theme) and having one hand-stitched by a tailor to your exact measurements (Custom). Both can look great, but they serve very different purposes and budgets.

If you need for any reason to move a website created by us to another provider we do not charge a fee to 'release' the project. All we need to do is to confirm that there are no pending invoices to be paid, and once confirmed that there are no pending dues we will release the website. If we need to assist with the transfer process, we will only bill for the time spent to assist you with the migration.
